Bleach 502 '' Falling Soul '' Summary:

Renji tries to help Byakuya but can't hurt As with his shikai. He is about to go bankai but gets dropped kicked into a building by the Luchador Quincy. Byakuya is driven into a wall by his own bankai and "dies". Meanwhile, Rukia senses Byakuya is in trouble, but she gets smashed into some buildings by an unseen foe.

Somewhere in town, the Quincy king and his second in command senses that Byakuya may have died. The two are then confronted by Kenpachi who has two or three Quincies skewered on his sword.

Bleach 503 Trivia: In the manga, Byakuya scarf and kenseikan are shown to be silver white along with his fingerless gloves, but in the anime, they are all shown to be light green.
