Toaru Majutsu no Index Movie Release Date Set

On June 6, the official twitter account of the Toaru Majutsu no Index anime franchise confirmed that the movie of Toaru Majutsu no Index will come out in Japan in February 2013. But no specific release date was given yet.

On July 2, it was finally revealed that the Toaru Majutsu no Index movie will premiere on February 23, 2013, in 29 theaters in Japan. You can check out the official website http://www.project-index.net/ for more updates.

The movie will be based on an original story by Kazuma Kamachi, and there will be new characters and new story details in the movie.
