Psycho-Pass Anime’s Staff and Cast Revealed in Its 1st PV

The official website for the upcoming Psycho-Pass TV anime series released its first promotional video today. Click here to watch the video.

The 18-second PV doesn’t offer much in terms of visuals, but it does preview a bit of the show’s staff and cast. It confirms that Katekyo Hitman Reborn manga creator Akira Amano is responsible for the original character designs and the cast includes Tomokazu Seki (the name of his character is Shinya Kougami).

So far, only a little information is known about Psycho-Pass. The story is about a world in which human thinking could be measured numerically. The anime will air in Fuji TV’s late night Noitamina anime block this October. Also, there has been speculation that the series is written by Fate/zero and Madoka Magica’s Gen Urobuchi.
