New Naruto Movie to Launch in 2014

On Saturday's Jump Festa event, the staff of the Naruto anime franchise announced that a new Naruto movie is on its way. The movie is scheduled to come out sometime in 2014. More information will be available in future issues of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine.  

Road to Ninjia: Naruto the Movie, the ninth film of the franchise, opened on July 28 this year. It's a bit surprising that the next movie will come out in 2014 rather than 2013, considering the franchise's annual film schedule since 2004.
