Naruto the Movie: Road to Ninja Box Office Reaches One Billion

Released on July 28 in Japan, the hit movie Naruto the Movie: Road to Ninja has earned over one billion yen at the box office in 17 days. It will hopefully break the record of the total box office of 1.37 billion which was held by Naruto the Movie: Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow in 2004 among all Naruto movies.

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Naruto’s TV anime, the original author Kishimoto Masashi was involved in the production of this new movie and helped with the character designs, storyline, and etc. He said that it was a Naruto movie that only he could create.
